These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Coastline Disposal LLC website and to dumpster rental requests submitted through this website. By using this website or submitting a rental request, you agree to these Terms.
 

RENTAL REQUESTS

Submitting a dumpster request through this website does not create or guarantee a confirmed reservation.

Coastline Disposal will review each request and confirm availability, dumpster size, delivery location, rental dates, pricing, disposal terms, and other applicable charges before the rental is finalized.
 

DUMPSTER SIZES & PRICING

Coastline Disposal currently offers:

• 15 Yard Dumpster — $385
• 20 Yard Dumpster — $450
• 30 Yard Dumpster — $525

Standard rentals include 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to applicable taxes, disposal charges, delivery-area charges, overweight charges, prohibited-material charges, or other charges applicable to a particular rental.

Final pricing will be confirmed by Coastline Disposal.
 

RENTAL PERIOD & LATE FEES

The standard rental period is 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

Additional rental time may be subject to a $50 per day late or extended-rental fee.

Customers who need additional rental time should contact Coastline Disposal before the scheduled pickup whenever possible. Extensions are subject to availability.
 

WEIGHT & OVERWEIGHT CHARGES

Disposal weight exceeding the amount included or otherwise agreed upon for a rental may be subject to an additional charge of $100 per ton, unless different terms are provided and accepted for a particular rental.

Actual disposal weight may be determined by landfill, transfer-station, or disposal-facility scale tickets.
 

PROHIBITED & RESTRICTED MATERIALS

Customers may not place hazardous, illegal, or otherwise prohibited materials in a Coastline Disposal dumpster.

Prohibited or restricted materials may include, depending on applicable disposal-facility rules and regulations, hazardous chemicals, fuels, oils, paints, batteries, asbestos-containing materials, medical waste, explosives, pressurized containers, and other hazardous or regulated materials.

Certain materials—including tires, appliances, mattresses, electronics, and other special items—may require prior approval or additional charges.

Customers should contact Coastline Disposal before loading any material they are unsure about.

Coastline Disposal reserves the right to refuse pickup or assess additional charges when prohibited, restricted, or undisclosed materials are placed in a dumpster.
 

DUMPSTER PLACEMENT

The customer is responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and suitable location for dumpster delivery and pickup.

The customer represents that they have permission to place the dumpster at the requested location.

Customers should consider overhead wires, tree limbs, buildings, vehicles, gates, soft ground, septic systems, underground utilities, driveways, pavement, and other obstacles when selecting a placement location.

Coastline Disposal may refuse a requested placement location if our driver determines that delivery or pickup cannot reasonably be performed safely.
 

DRIVEWAYS & PROPERTY

Roll-off dumpsters and delivery trucks are heavy equipment.

While Coastline Disposal will use reasonable care during delivery and pickup, the customer is responsible for selecting and authorizing the placement location and assumes the ordinary risks associated with placing heavy equipment and containers on driveways, pavement, yards, gravel, or other surfaces.

Coastline Disposal is not responsible for damage resulting from conditions outside our reasonable control, including unsuitable or insufficient surfaces, soft ground, underground utilities or structures, septic systems, concealed conditions, or placement specifically requested or authorized by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
 

ACCESS FOR DELIVERY & PICKUP

Customers must provide reasonable access to the dumpster for delivery, exchange, and pickup.

Vehicles, locked gates, equipment, debris, low-hanging obstacles, or other obstructions should be removed before scheduled service.

Additional charges may apply if Coastline Disposal cannot complete a scheduled delivery or pickup because access is blocked or unsafe.
 

LOADING THE DUMPSTER

Materials must remain within the dumpster and should not extend above the top edge or sides in a manner that makes transportation unsafe.

Coastline Disposal may require excess material to be removed before transporting an overloaded or unsafe container.

The customer is responsible for materials placed in the dumpster during the rental period.
 

SERVICE AREA

Coastline Disposal primarily serves Baldwin County, Alabama, with additional service available in select areas of Escambia County, Florida.

Availability and delivery charges may vary by location.
 

WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, availability, pricing, disposal costs, service areas, policies, and other information may change.

Information displayed on this website does not override rental terms specifically agreed upon between Coastline Disposal and the customer.
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Coastline Disposal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or a rental transaction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived.
 

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Coastline Disposal may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
